I attended my senior prom and it wasnt anything to get all bent out of shape over. I'm glad that I went just for the experience but I didnt have a very good time and spent a small fortune on all the garb that goes along with it.

Man I wish I discovered weed back when I was in High School.

I thought prom was fun. We had a good live band at mine, good food and it was good to just see everyone in my class at once. I didn't even do any partying after, I just enjoyed seeing every together having a good time. Sure there were kids in my class I hated but alot of people I was tolerable of and it was just a fun time listening to the band and dancing with my girlfriend.

Yeah, I don't know exactly how much I spent. But, it was roughly a few thousand.

My tux was bad ace. It was from the early 1900's mob boss style with a top hat. My girls dress was ridiculously expensive. Also, me and 2 buddies all got a Escalade stretched limo and drove us around before and after prom to the parties.

I didn't attend a single High School (or Middle school) dance or out of school activity (Unless, getting hammered in the bleachers during HS football games counts ).

I don't regret it at all, I was busying doing things I enjoyed instead of conforming to societal expectations and 'high school cliques'.

i never went to prom. my boyfriend when i was a senior in high school was a senior in college so, that wasn't really his scene. i don't feel like i missed out on anything though. i didnt go to my junior prom, either. my friends and i just didn't feel like spending the money.
