Default Did anyone else read about the DEA's undercover Drug bust?
On a San Diego college campus?
They infiltrated 7 fraternities to find a bunch of coke, ecstacy and marijuana dealers. I think They arrested some 70-100 people. The reason this scares me is that last weekend at my school 2 people were found dead in a bathroom, a girl and a guy, and at least one was caused by a heroin overdose. Wonder if my school will be in the news in a couple of months for the same reason.

yeah i heard about that, its crazy how many people got arrested. i also heard there were multiple guns seized. i bet those people are gunna do some real time..

it all depends on the school, at mine for example, I don't know any frat but one that even accepts pot smoking. And yea, i was reading an article yesterday and one of the dealers went out of town one weekend and texted his loyal customers saying he couldn't do his normal deals. I wonder how the frat guys feel knowing someone joined there frat just to bust em.

Yeah I heard about that. The apparently did a lot of their dealings by text messages and dealt to people they either didn't even know or just met. I was watching the press conference and one of the people speaking kept saying something along the lines of these people were exploiting our children and ruining their lives. If kids want to ruin their lives let them.

i hope this never happens at my school or else there would no more greek system. Stuff is crazy here.


That sucks for those people. This is going to fuck up their whole lives, and they were college students.

It's a shame how their lives are gonna be ruined, they were just about ready to turn into full on cogs for the machine, but now they gotta sit in prison for years. Such young people, such a shame.
