The best breakthrough that my friend and I had when high was when he sumarized the human race as "the only species perpetually disatisfied with every aspect of their life". In other words, every single other animal seems to just life. It breathes, eats, sleepes and reproduces. It's worries stem from it's basic needs, not from the trivial stuff that we all waste our time with. The only thing is we have evolved from cavemen that could just kill shit and eat it to beings that have to buy and cook in order to not get sick and to pay for that we have to work. However, we still all worry about too much. Work to pay for food and a house and relax the rest of the time. If only it was that easy
