It dosnt perminatly make you "dumb". You only act that way when you're high not because you're stupid, but because when you're high its easier to get confused and simple things seem more complex than they really are. More expierence will help you to get through the dumb feeling.

all of my friends comment on how well i handle myself when im high. i smoke everday and can do basically everything high that i do sober. That includes work, homework, skateboarding. i can talk with adults, girls, people who dont know i smoke, and everyone in between and no one has ever mentioned anything. I attribute it to always being high around my parents and learning how to handle myself that way.
I never feel dumb when i smoke. I feel more creative and definitely can have intelligent conversations.
although i do think that sometimes it is hard for me to recall facts quickly when im high.
i have friends who just want to sit back and get so stoned that gthey cant do anything else. im glad thats not me anymore
smoking just makes life funner and everything an adventure. thats the way i like to describe it.
