There is this girl who I've liked since the beginning of the year, and I'm pretty sure she smokes. She likes Janice Joplin, Long guitar solo's and The Grateful Dead and she always seems really faded in first period English. She has a lot of the same friends I have, and I know they smoke, but I have asked some of her other friends and they have all said no (could be just to protect her). Now I have a date with her next Friday. We're going to a concert where people will be smoking like crazy, and I don't know whether I should bring herb or what? I know she's cool with it, there isn't any way she isn't, but if she herself doesn't use, should I turn down a hit? gah!

You can smoke anytime.
You're taking this girl out to, presumably, be with her and determine if you're compatible enough to spend more time together.
If I were you I'd follow her lead so that she feels comfortable hanging out with you.
If that means no smoking then no big deal eh. There's a whole lot more important things to do in this life than getting stoned...

I would only smoke if she is smoking. Like you said you're not 100% sure on her stance on smoking or not so play it by year. See how she reacts. I think it's more fun to be hanging out with someone who is high with you than being high by yourself.

Bring some J, you might even get her to smoke for her first time, on your first date, and maby she is a virgin and you can get her to have sex for the first time, then she would have quite a lot of firsts.

Sereosly though, you might aswell bring some.

My girlfriend tried to get me to stop smoking a few months after we met. You know I wasn't having that.. Guess who smokes with me every night now.... Be you, man.
