| There has to be something behind this....Theres no way she would just quit midterm w/o even finishing the term unless there was a reason.

| It sounds like there are a lot of ethical complaints piling up that her office never addressed. I don't know any of the details, but I think its likely she has done something (or a series of things) that are very illegal, embarrassing, or both. She decides that its not being investigated and just steps down instead. Sounds pretty fishy to me. |
