| Prior to people watching it and hearing it, I was wondering if anybody wants to guess what George W will say tonight. Any speculations? I don't usually watch these things, but I am interested in hearing what is going to happen tonight. Daniel |

| I think it will be a general update of recent events. What happened, casulties, who did it, current deployments, patriotic ramblings. |

| Patience.... this is a long war: Named: Operation Infinite Justice Liberty ... is no longer free...the price is vigilance and the loss of some personal privacy. Check out your local stadiums rules for the Big Game on Sunday and you will see an example. Justice....and that we have already started *rooting out terrorism where it lives and breeds* with examples of the planes in the Persian Gulf and our friends and some words about our allies in the area. | in response to that liberty is no longer free... it never was free. generations past have fought for our freedom and we continue now to have to fight for it. |

| I thought it couldn't have been handled better. I am not a big fan of Bush, and find most of his speaches leave me a little worried. However, last night, he looked like he belonged there, like he wasn't treading water and wasn't out of his league. His message was strong, and I really think that is going to be a speech for the history books. I just can't say how happy I am that I wathed that I heard what I did. I dunno if it was just that I was expecting the worst, but give that speechwriter a raise! | |
