The other day, I saw for the first time a video clip of the now-famous "didn't inhale" soundbite. Maybe I'm naive for thinking this, but in spite of all the other things he lied about, I honestly think that the way he described his experience with MJ is pretty much the way it happened. Still annoys me when people still to this day joke about that and characterize him as a pothead or stoner just because of that one soundbite.

Hey Tarzan, why do you care if Billy is rumored to have gotten high? Do you think its wrong? Do you think the American people are going to demonize him for smoking pot? I don't. The US gov is the only group to demonize pot use. I know no one who cares one way or the other if a politician got high once, or if he gets high all the time. He's done so many shady things and lied so many times, you can put the pot-smoking in the same category as running a stop sign. Besides, he's gone now...
And yeah, what a cop-out, waiting until he's on his way out to speak out about decriminalizing MJ, right when nobody gives a crap what he says anymore.

I dunno. I'm not really bothered by Clinton being slammed by history and all...What bugs me is the whole concept in general of someone being labeled as a pothead just because he/she may have, on as little as one occasion, taken a hit that was offered to them.

And as far a Clinton goes, since he generally seems to be seen as a lying sack of excrement, then I don't like him being identified with pot-smokers and people who fight for pot-smokers rights.

Yeah, people say "pothead" meaning: "He smokes pot."

When I moved out of my friend's house, he told some people I was a "Pothead," because I smoked 6 days a week compared to his 3 days a week. (...He wanted to smoke as much as me, but I would only get him high 3 times a week. )
