Ok, this got some attention on the old boards before the crash so i'll repost.

Just write your message on a dollar bill, and spend it.

I find that a felt tip pen using red ink works best.

I usually write "Just Say Know www.marijuana.com" along the bottom of the front of the bill. Ones and fives are probably the best and spend in convientient stores and drive-throughs.

Any other messages?

I am going to do that right now to a $10 and 2 $5 bills, which will also be used tommorrow for it =)

A couple days ago I got a 10 and some smaller bills for change when I bought my lunch in Brattleboro, Vt. On the 10 in my handwriting was "Know the Truth" on one side and "Marijuana.Com on the other. This bill had travelled out of Maine, across New Hampshire and into Vermont.

I couldn't bring myself to stop it's journey, so on my way back home I used that bill to buy a Hostess Apple Pie and a Pepsi.

Does anybody know where I can get some pro legalization stickers? There are no head shops around me so I will probably have to go through the mail.
I spend a lot of time on the PA and Ohio turnpikes, and I would love to slap a few stickers on the machines that spit out the tickets.

I believe that writing a "marijuana.com" message on bills would be fine if this site's developer (Rick, I believe) has no problem with it.

Defacing U.S. currency is a violation of federal law, and from what I can remember, can be enforced by any law-enforcement organization. That is probably one of the reasons businesses don't "advertise" on bills -- it would too easy to trace the source.

It may be illegal but hey whats stoping us from doing it? It cant befall onto rick if we do cause he isnt saying to or not to and he cant control us either way hehe so im sure he has no problem with it. But yeah i did this too havent seen the bills back yet hopefully they are off somewhere drawing people to the site. Its not like we dont all do soemthing illegal every day anyway hehe not that im encouraging anyone to break the law. As for me my dollars will be defaced proudly for the good of the cause, besides ever see those dollars with the stamp on good old george that says i grew hemp hehe thats way too funny. And i have seen some that advertise this site where you can track bills that people enter and see where they end up, pretty nifty eh?

Defacing U.S. currency is a crime, but federal law defines "defacing" as altering a bill so much that it cannot be used. In other words, writing a URL or a slogan on a bill is not considered defacing.

This idea was here last year. I've written "Just say know my.marijuana.com" on quite a few bills.

Panama, you got a bill with marijuana.com on it! Now that's pretty amazing! I've been keeping my eye on the graphitti on bills and I have yet to run across any from marijuana.com (actually, a member of marijuana.com).
