This site pretty much says marijuana is bad for you...I'm so confused with all the facts...anyone else been here before?

You can get an all text educational flyer which does not represent or support any special interest group by subscribing to this e-mail list at Yahoo groups by sending an e-mail to nomoproh-subscribe@yahoogroups.com. There are also many links posted there for anyone looking for information quickly, without having to do extensive web searches. The list is for regular people who want to end prohibition in the U.S. People who are members of organized anti-prohibition organizations are welcome to join and campaign, fundraise, enlist volunteers or announce events. The list was created at the end of Nov. 2005, so it doesn't have very many members yet. When you subscribe, youi are automatically sent the 2-sided text-only informational flyer.

I think you should do some research and state the real reasons why weed is illegal. Use the political reasons: llike the 1937 Marihuana Tax act.......look up Henry Anslinger, and look up Dupont. I think when you find how all of these things are are connected you will be quick to want to put these things on your flyer. Sometimes the truth is what makes people think again. PLus dont forget to add some kind of eyecatching art work...... I think that the American flag is an excellent choice.

Most people who dont agree with the consumption of marijuana are usually republicans.... I am not saying that all republicans dont agree, I am just saying that the usual profile of a republican includes a drug free lifestyle.
Maybe you could "spin" the truth in a way that appeals to such folks. FOr example you could state fiscal reasons for why it would be better to legalize it. Thats just a thought. Good Luck to ya! I know this is really late, but you never know who might be trying to do a little "grassroots" (LOL) organizing.
