ok so everyone hates the government and hopefully we all realize how corrupt it is. so what to do? well the answer is very simple but also pretty hard to actually do. i say we stop paying taxes. yes people will start going to jail. jails which are already overpopulated. now the key to this (and the part that is hard) is that everyone in america has to stop paying taxes at the same time. this will take some work but i am up for the challenge. so i was wondering if anyone else was? if you are reply and i have a whole paper about this subject.

Do you know what would happen if the government went bankrupt? I'll outline a few scenarios for you.

1) The government prints more money, and inflates the dollar until the National Debt payment is much easier made (Because they'll still need to make the payments), and that will spiral not just the USA, but probably the entire world into another Great Depression.

2) The government collapses. This is a great (sarcasm) option. Do you really want to raise your children in a country where warlords dictate your domestic policy? And the domestic policy that warlords typically put in place is... Rape women, kill people who disagree, steal what they want / need, kill who they feel like, etc.

Have you been to War-torn countries like Somalia, where warlords are the government? Let me assure you - it's not a nice place to be. That's an extreme case, but it wouldn't startle me if something worse than that would happen in the USA, if the US government collapses.

We have vast amounts of tanks, armorments, artillery, warplanes, attack helicopters, semiautomatic/fully automatic weapons and more explosives than any other country in the world. If the government collapsed, who do you think would get control of these things?

Whoever got to them first, and to tell the truth - that's not a happy scenario for me.

I'll tell you what, I've heard too many horror stories about warlords raping and pillaging whole towns for me to be comfortable with that as even the most remote of possibilities.

i agree with you on that and i would not like that to happen but my idea is not to remove the government but to alter it from a lie to a true democracy that is all. i want freedom to return. also i have no proof on this but it is my feeling that taxes make billions and billions of dollars a year and there is something wrong with what they are telling us.

Taxes make the government a trillion or more dollars a year, I believe. But that doesn't mean they don't use it. It just means they need to use it more efficiently.

And how is the government right now a "lie"?

I don't know if you're aware, but the USA isn't a Democracy. It's a Federal Constituional Republic.

Something called Mob rule.

It took place after 9.11, when people were fearful of muslims. It took place after pearl harbor, when people were fearful of japanise.

It's simple, really. The constitution protect the minority, while the people protect themselves.

but how can the people protect themselves if the government is out to get them. and obviously you must realize i mean out to get them in loose terms. also a bit of info you may not realize, i do not intend on changing the constitution or the way the government is set up. only the way it is run. switch from a government that secretly controls its people to a people that obviously controls its government. ex. turning 18

also population is currently growing faster and faster and pretty soon it will hit a cap. we are destroying the environment we live in. tax money is spent mainly on just that. we have plenty roads, plenty schools, plenty people, and plenty of rules we do not need to pay tax.

The government doesn't control it's people, the people control the government, that's why we have elections.

I'm not sure where this paranoid world view you have is coming from, but let me assure you, if you objectively re-examine the facts... you'll see that you're talking nonsense.
