| On Election day if everyone would Write-in their candidates name, it would have to be counted by hand. That is the only way to insure your vote is counted by a human. SO WRITE-IN RON PAUL END THE DRUG WAR Rev. Roland A. Duby Brothers For Mercy |

| Throw away your vote! A vote for Ron Paul is a vote for John McCain. In the real world, Barack, Hillary, or John will be sitting in the oval office next year. Those are your choices. Which one would you prefer? (All of the Democratic Party candidates have vowed to stop DEA interference with medical marijuana...)

| I'll gladly take continued oppression of pot smokers over economic catastrophe. We need to drop the involvment in other countries and stick to making money. Why our we strangling ourselves with taxes, global warming regulations, import/export regulations, etc... while china steams down a road to kick our collective ass economically? First everyone whines about the impending doom from global warming (what a crock) and how we need more beuracrecy to control it, and then everyone whines about how foreign markets are catching up to or beating the dollar. what a joke here's a little perspective for ya: "U.S. States Lead the World in High Corporate Taxes Currently, the average combined federal and state corporate tax rate in the U.S. is 39.3 percent, second among OECD countries to Japan's combined rate of 39.5 percent.1 When compared to other OECD countries: 24 U.S. states have a combined corporate tax rate higher than top-ranked Japan. 32 states have a combined corporate tax rate higher than third-ranked Germany. 46 states have a combined corporate tax rate higher than fourth-ranked Canada. All 50 states have a combined corporate tax rate higher than fifth-ranked France." Every single state has higher corporate taxes than france. Give me one good reason why businesses shouldn't be high-tailing it out of the US! More perspective: "Income Tax Rates in China The tax on an individual's income is progressive. As at 2008, an individual's income is taxed progressively at 5% - 45%. The 2008 corporate tax rate for domestic and foreign companies is 25%. Companies which started operating before 2008 can enjoy the previous 15% tax rate or tax holidays for a period defined. Small companies pay 20% corporate tax in certain cases. " China's new +10% tax rate is still 14% lower than the average in the US This doesn't even take into account all the numbskull regulations we have nowadays. Case in point: I am currently in the middle east for university and living with my family. My father is in charge of hiring millions of dollars worth of equipment for various departments and projects. He was attempting to purchase milling (metal working) machinery from a US company. Well guess what, they wouldn't sell the equipment to us because Homeland Security wouldn't let them sell machine shop equipment to a country in the middle east. So my dad bought different stuff from a company in Switzerland. He said it was really pathetic because he was only willing to buy from the US company because of nationality. The fact is, he was somewhat glad because of the rediculous amount of import/export licenses and certifications and such that would be required to buy anything from the US. We don't shit gold, people, if we dont offer better quality and make it easier to get, people will go elsewhere.
