I am voting on change. I am proud to be an American during this time. How amazing is it.. From 1947-1965 was a fight for equal rights. Today, we have a Black man, and a White woman running for the President of the United States. I for one, favor Obama... But, what I want to know is... Who will you be voting for and why?

Talk about a no brainer
Like, do you want to go forward or backward?
You know, he sure ain't perfect, but perfection lies elsewhere for us all mates.

The young man, brash and fresh, or,
the aged couple, dangling on limbs at the bottom of the tree. Yes, they be strong, but old and tired. It's nature's way to support new life.

Yo Barak, Im countin' on you brother. I've been down the long road and I'll pony up once more so give us your best shot,
the fore sheets' hardened, the sun is upon the water...

Well I'd love to be able to vote Gravel, but at this time it'd sadly be a wasted vote.

So, let's go with Baracko.

Cool

Against my better judgement sometimes, I see barrack as being perhaps the one to do the most good. I have shortcomings with his foreign policy committee experience, but he will make a good president I think.........................

Post Voting Obama

I just wanted to respond to your reason:
So...pretty much the only thing you can respond and reason.. why you choose to vote for Obama is the whole race situation. There are far more better reasons to be voting for someone, not just because they are black/white or man/women. Are you saying that a man of a different race deserves this more b/c of how our country has responded and treated people of a different race? Women have been persecuted and gone through pretty much the same thing for hundreds and hundreds of years.

Yes, I am voting for Hillary but my reasons are not b/c she is a women, just because I to am one. Yes, I to favor change and it's time that our country stops putting puppets in office, but my reasons are not solely b/c she's a women. I back up and believe in her and what she feels she can do to help make up for all the hard loses our country has gone through. Her views on the war, health care and how to save the economy are why I vote Hillary...just remember she was the First Lady of our Country, and that the last time our economy was stable was when her husband was president...I am sure she has picked up a thing or to and can make it better..

Please don't take this as an attack or negatively, just the talk of politics about our great country!
peace

My vote goes to McCain, albeit a bit grudgingly...

To everyone who votes for Clinton or Obama based even partially on gender or race: You are a fool. It will never cease to amaze me how many people use this absurd justification in selecting our next President.

The way I see it, Obama, although quite charasmatic, simply spouts out a whole-bunch-of-nothing. This commanding presence in turn leads the unquestioning American public to rejoice, while embracing the oh-so-cliche and yet remarkably hollow battlecry: "Change."

Hillary, I believe, is the liberal equivalent to Mitt Romney - a typical, slimy, sleazeball politician who will shake your hand and stab you in the back at the same time.

Not to mention, I absolutely despise both of their extreme-left wing political stances.

That leaves us with McCain - a war hero, with decades of service to the United States both in the political and military venues. Truth be told, I was hoping for a nominee a little more conservative than McCain, but I believe he has both the experience as well as the character to make an excellent Commander-in-Chief.

Ron Paul is the only candidate that will end the war on drugs, period and he has not dropped out.

At this point, a vote for Ron Paul would be as meaningful as a fart in the wind. Is he the best man for the job? Quite possibly? Does he stand a snowballs chance in hell at this point? No
