I'm sure most of you are just about ready to hand over a pretty large portion of your yearly income to the IRS according to the law. But wait? What law?


Aaron Russo's "America: Freedom to Fascism" is a fascinating look at what really goes on in the IRS and reveals how our government has lost control of our countries wealth to a system of private banks called the Federal Reserve System which "is no more 'federal' than Federal Express."

The movie gives the viewer a historical introduction that includes Supreme Court rulings upholding the 16th amendment to the Constitution. Ultimately, the movie reveals that American taxpayers have been duped; we are not required by law to pay an income tax and there are multiple court cases cited in the movie to prove it. The Federal Income Tax is, in fact, UNCONSTITUTIONAL! The Constitution of our great union requires that all direct taxes be apportioned (spread for the equal benefit of the nation). The Federal Income Tax is a direct UN-apportioned tax making it unconstitutional. There is no law requiring Americans to forfeit the fruits of their labor and wages to their government. Time to fight back!
