Non-spiritual Meditations While High

I am an atheist. As such, I believe in nothing beyond natural processes guiding the world we know. It is when I get high that it occurs to me most clearly - my place in the universe is known, my place amongst fellow citizens is known, the value of life is unquestionably known. When I am sober, I read up on biology, I watch science videos, I investigate my world, but I cannot achieve the abstract enlightenment that I do with weed. While I am high, I feel as though my unconscious mind is reflecting upon the knowledge I have learned and focusing all of my self into those thoughts. For a few brief moments I feel an undeniable connection to all things around me; there are no people who are not my brothers or sisters, there are no places in the world that are not my home, there is nothing I feel for anything in the world except unconditional love and adoration.

Marijuana makes me truly feel. It reminds me of how alive I am. It is one of the greatest things in life to realize how very bizarre and amazing it is to be alive.

I want to know, what strange meditations do you experience while high?

Maybe we are all one after all...

We are definitely all part of the same thing.

My meditations can range greatly in subject, but I find that solutions to problems come to me more clearly and simplistically.

Sometimes it allows me to cut through the clutter to see the simplistic viewpoint.

It very definitely helps me to make connections between different, even opposing thoughts.

Everything and everyone is part of something much bigger. The religious call it God, (by many names), the scientific minded call it the universe. Either way, we are all connected in the same way that the cells of our livers are connected to the cells of our heart, through the oneness that is us.

New insights from cannabis meditations are the main reason I use cannabis.

Cool question though.
