Does God ever actually say that the other Gods are fake? From what I read with him talking about other gods, it never implies that they are fake.

Deuteronomy 10:17
For the LORD your God is God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible, which regardeth not persons, nor taketh reward:

Here it says that he is the God of gods.

.. Please tell me I'm missing something, or I'm going crazy. I need an answer before my head explodes.

The first thing I think of is pertaining to the 10 commandments, I have read in the Bible where they are spoken of and deciphered in the same book. Where one commandment states, you shall have no other Gods before me, nor any idols. The deciphering part, God says simply "for I am a jealous God".
The second thing i think of is God said "I have made ye Gods". According to the Bible we are Gods because we have the knowledge of good and evil, and we can see the truth when we are in the darkness.
I find myself now questioning some of this. Because we are all told the Christ will return to this earth not from heaven, but will be born of man. His birthright will be his power, and he will be called, "king of kings and lord of lords". I think ultimatly, it is because of your and my perception raised fist. When we think God, we think lightning and thunder and judgment and holy, when God speaks of other gods, he probably doesn't think as highly of them as you are inclined to do, because he is not God, but the creator of all things. All things must include other gods, or just a necessary evil?

Yeah, reason I'm wondering is based on a couple factors:
-He refers to himself as a jealous God. If you were to be considered the only God, than what would you be jealous of if it doesn't exist?

- All of the early civilizations/pre-civilizations believed in multiple Gods..
