| I compare sober meditation to walking and marijuana meditation to riding in a car. Please try to follow my stoner logic ![]() While both forms of meditation are beneficial I prefer sober meditation. Marijuana makes it very easy for me to focus on thoughts, control my breathing, and reach a meditative state rather quickly. Sober meditation takes longer, and is a discipline. This longer road, while unpleasant at times, has been much more rewarding to me. Either way, taking a few moments out of each day to take some deep breaths and bring myself into a mindful state has helped me greatly to know myself and the world. |
