i had jus smoked to bowls when the door bell rang, i thoguth it was 1 of my friends commin to smoke with me but no it was a Jehova Witness, she walkin talkin about god n whatnot, i tried so hard not to laugh, but then she whips out the bible, some people might call this strang but, she read a passage, i forgot who the name was, but the time next to it said 4:20, that was awesome

Although im usually in favor (around here) of telling kids to grow up [see my posts in the "my stash was flushed down the toilet noooooo" thread], I don't see why this one needs this kind of statement. Allow me to expand...

plus, so what if it said 4:20 as the chapter/passage...whats the big deal? it already existed, it exists in basically every single chapter of the damn bible...its nothing real special at all.

i hate when people get all suped up when they see 4:20...sure, its a cool thing, but seeing people like the above feeling like he had a life changing spiritual experience from seeing 4:20 in the bible...eh

He said seeing 420 in the bible was "awesome" That's all he said, nothing more. I really don't see how you can think he got "all suped up". Don't go pointing fingers at people telling them to grow up if you still need to.

Well, you know how certain things are funny when you're baked that maybe aren't as funny when you're straight? At least consider he was baked when all that happened and he thought it was amusing. It sort of was amusing, and I also I hate when people come to the door and try recruiting me. It would have been hard for me not to laugh beause they all act so damn dramatic when they start talking to you. Anyway, if you think he should grow up, you're allowed to do that but that's a little off beat to me just considering it was a pretty innocent thread... Peace

Nice to see everyone's been playing nicely with each other while I've been out sick...

...well most everyone...

Papa and I scare away Jehovah's Witnesses. Really. Because we just Love speaking with them.

Three weekends ago, Saturday, Papa and I are having a nice quiet Shabbos, walking back to our door with our dog and the JW's show up to speak with our neighbor who luckily (for her) was not home.

So they decided to speak to us. We just LOve speaking with them.

*Nathan told Papa he had read the Hebrew Scriptures. Papa asked "In Hebrew?"...Nathan said slowly, "well, no..." Papa offered to teach him to read Hebrew, when could they begin lessons?

His wife could not comprehend me at all.

The literally backed away from us as if we emitted radiation, got into their car and drove away and down the street and we have not seen them back here since.

We apologized to our new neighbor when next we saw her. She didn't appear too concerned that they had not been by for a time.

...and the beat goes on...
