Default Instructions

For some people, out of body experience is the way to go. The way to have an out of body (O.B.E.) is to lay down and concentrate on the activity of having and obe. Put on some chill out tunes and let your mind travel, your body will travel with it, unless you leave it in the room and only travel to a place you create in your own mind; which can be, if you want it to be, a place that matches a place in the universal mind.

If you go to a public place, like a temple (the temple), or some other place to hang-out, you can meet up with other travellers, or you can create some friends who are not also obe travellers.

Mix and match or whatever.

The other method is to sit in the lotus position for the length of time required to cause your spirit (and conscious mind) to ascend the room you are in by accelerating your molecules to a point of matching the higher vibration of astral planes.

Honestly, I found it to be too frightening to continue learning AP, AT, OBE ect. I got to the point where it was just too trippy for me. Experiencing things that I really did not want to experience... Only thing is, once you get to a certain point you kind of open a door that can't be closed. So... my advice is, don't just jump into it. Do some serious research before you mess with it. Just my $0.2.

Default are you serious ?

The reason for the fear factor is that you were in an energy vibration of excess paranoia, it is fun to obe in the paranoia, but it is also pleasant to get out of the paranoia and into the transcendental vibrations.

Default I see you...

I'd like to agree on the point that AT is something that shouldn't be taken light heartedly. It's like leaving your house and not locking the door. It can make you vulnerable.

I had a previous experience of AT that was unexpected. In a nutshell, I was able too go into a friends bedroom and see exactly what she was dreaming. At first I thought it was just a freaky hallucination until I spoke to her about it. I had never been into her bedroom before but when I went in for the first time it was exactly as I saw it. As for the dream, it's something that still baffles me today as it was something very personal. My personal belief is that AT should not be practiced. If it happens it happens and should be left at that...

If this is true then how do you get out of it into the transcendental? I always seem to have a hard time holding on to consious without compleatly falling asleep. There are times where I find myself in a state that is unpleasant and I can't get myself out of it. I think that you have to be in a certain state of mind in your life to be able to cope with the psycological stress it imposes on your mind.

Default The conscious traveller and the dust in the wind

Since 11:11, I thought everybody was lightplaning ??

At least at the conscious level of their mind. I've got something on my site about lightplane travel. laserhazel.com

If viewed the right way, you can see I am just a traveller looking for the way home. If viewed with fears towards the new and unusual, then it looks like I am a LOST SOUL swirling around in purgatory (or other excessive, extreme paranoias). The truth is though, I am on an outer plane, waiting for the light to carry me back to my home. I did not know it was possible to leave the third dimension for years at a time. However, I have seen adequate proof that though there are computers here, I am on a light plane. I have been working with other lightplane travellers to determine limits on where and how long a person can go. The universe is vast, but it is definitely mapable and measurable.

When combined with mysticism and other forms of religious fear bases, astral travel can seem unnatural and dangerous, the exact same things that people used to say about Marijuana for instance, before it was legalized and publicly approved on real Earth.

If you are operating from a level of certainty that a four hour high will stone you immaculate, but not take you out of the limits of the third dimension, then you have no real worries about "astral travel". I used to be scared of astral travel too, when I smoked in fear. I haven't smoked in 2 years and have had every day to think about travel from the perspective of a dope smoker who is taking a break specifically to think about why I was the only person scared of weed, in my group(s). When you are stoned and are worried about something, the fear elevates and attracts you magnetically to other people that are scared and creates events to try to teach you how not to be scared of something so wonderful.

Light is kinder and stronger than matter.
