|  well you know You know, Since last time I posted, I have been doing a lot of astral. I don't have access to any form of "substance" so I have been doing the light without. Originally, I believed that a person couldn't astral travel without deep focus and concentration or a chemical enhancement of some sort. After several hours sitting around waiting for something to happen, I have sort of become more tuned into the activities I am engaged in on other "levels of thought".
