I like to apple pipe thing

Sorry, suede, I think I was in a bad mood for the whole week or 2 surrounding that post. Most of my recent posts have been relatively mean, or rude.

Sorry to everyone who has been offended by any/everything I've said.

actually, Eve picked the apple off of the tree so that she could make a pipe out of it.
Touche!

Although, if I had to build a fire, then take a stick and hold it in the flames till the tip caught on fire, just to light a pipe that I had to work at to make into a pipe in the first place, I think I would just eat the darn stuff.

I can just see Adam walking up to the flaming sword bearing angels with a joint asking, "Hey, man, can I get a light?"

(The only way it wouldn't have been acceptable in the sight of god is if it was the tree of knowledge, but even that shouldn't stop christians from indulging now, as you're already screwed on that end, and there are no biblical versus showing continued support for the tree of knowledge being further prohibited after Adam and Eve's expulsion).
While no one knows for sure just exactly what "fruit" grew upon the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, we can affirmatively determine it was not Marijuana, for it is a "herb bearing seed after its own kind" and in fact not a "fruit" of any sort at all whatsoever. Furthermore, you are only half right, but all wrong; in so far that it is true there are no biblical verses showing continued prohibition of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil after Adam & Eve's expulsion. However the scriptures need not be so redundant, for there was no access at all to the entire Garden of Eden, let alone the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, after their expulsion.

Default Spiritual Transition

Thanks so much!!!!
Dear MJane,
You have already been told, and truthfully so, that God created everything, including Marijuana. Furthermore, with the exception of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil (which was not Marijuana, for it is a "heb bearing seed after its own kind" and in fact not a "fruit bearing tree" of any kind at all whatsoever), God said that everything He had created was good. Indeed, He said it was very good. If you are truly seeking a meaningful "spiritual transition", there is only one true Way according to God's word, and that would be via Jesus Christ: the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6). Drinking alcohol, or even smoking marijuana, if it is done in moderation and not to excess, is not a sin, despite whatever you might read and/or what anyone might tell you. There simply are not any arguments against it, no not one, that are not scriptually flawed to one degree or another. However, we must learn from the Garden of Eden story that when Adam & Eve sinned, they did in fact die on that day as the scripture says. As you probably know, they did not fall down dead physically right then and there the moment they ate the forbidden fruit. Therefore, it is conclusive that the death which God warned them of was not physical, but rather spiritual. Likewise, we as their progeny are spiritually dead, and are in fact born (of water) that way (spiritually dead) even unto this very day (Romans 5:14). That's why Jesus said we must be born again; once of water, and again of the spirit (John 3:5). A breath or two just prior to His death on the cross, Jesus said "It is finished", meaning that His death was and would be the once and for all time perfect sacrifice, the only one capable of, not temporarily covering, but permanently taking away forever each and every sin mankind had ever commited and ever would commit. If anyone dies and goes to Hell today, it will not be to pay for their sins, because their sins have already been paid for. That's why when a Christian falls short today, they do not have to keep asking for forgiveness over and over again, because the sins of the world have already been taken away (1 John 2:2). All they need to do is to confess, which means to agree with God they have sinned, and to repent, which means to apologize to God for whatever transgression of His word they have committed and to ask Him for His help not to fall short again the next time their flesh, the devil, or the world, tempts them with that same sin (1 John 1:9). However, as I have alluded to, which I will clarify for you now, having your sins forgiven is not salvation, but rather being born again is the only way to enter into the kingdom of heaven. The only way to become born again is to first realize that you are spiritually dead now and are in need of your spiritual life being renewed. Although it is true that it was Christ's death that took away the sins of the world, it was and is His resurrection which makes renewed spiritual life a possibility for us today, for without the resurrection we are still in our sins (1 Corinthians 15:17). All we need to do is believe that Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God and we will not perish but have everlasting life (John 3:16) and believe in our heart that God raised Him from the dead and we shall be saved (Romans 10:9). If we do not believe, we shall not see everlasting life and the wrath of God still abides upon us (John 3:36). If you're not sure if you would go to heaven or not if you were to die today or tomorrow, you can know for certain (Romans 8:16)by believing (as I pointed out to you above) and trusting, not only in His finished work upon the cross, but also first and foremost by trusting in His word, for God is not a man, in that He does not lie (Titus 1:2).

Still laughing....
