Jesus wasn't actually born on Christmas, it's just when his birth is celebrated. So therefore if he wasn't actually born on that day then the rest of your argument is moot considering that not only was he not the only one he wasn't even one.

And by open minded I suppose you mean "doesn't mind sitting around while you belittle their religion with your supposed facts"?

Let me guess....you recently read an interesting book or article that discussed the origins of Christianity and you found it excellent material for putting people's beliefs down?

So, you want to make people ask for your teachings? I really am not interested in any facts that you think you have about the origins of Christianity because whatever their origins...it is here now. I am much more interested in why you find it necessary to start threads like this. A thread in which you throw out statements that make no sense, use the terms "religion" and "Christianity" interchangeably, talk about the Vatican as if it is the institution of all Christians, and write it all off as being for "entertainment". Well, congratulations because I am always entertained by someone that tells me that they can give me answers if I ask for them but can't even get the questions right.

What were you trying to accomplish with posting this, just curious? Were you meaning to convert people to agnosticism or atheism? If so, aren't you just personifying the common misconception that Atheists or Agnostics are somewhat like a religion in their own, trying to convert people?

Also, you can almost never prove a negative. I can say "There is a god." And you'll spend your whole life trying to disprove it.... you can postulate all you want about the origins of the universe, and the big bang... but all I have to say is "God did it." And you can't prove he didn't.

I have noticed this member (the OP) tends to post stuff like this and when a rational, reasoned argument is made disputing his views, he disappears from the thread (see thread about amero for another example).
