It's the same take-your-money-and-give-you-false-assurances scam it always was. They claim that membership somehow gives you a get-out-of-jail-free card for cannabis offenses. Unfortunately, there is no jurisdiction that recognizes their claims. The "religious use" defense doesn't stand up in court.

AS bUIzzby pointed out, this is a fraud. Weed is not legal under federal law ANYWHERE in the US. Anything that states otherwise is a lie, to be perfectly "blunt". And Feorge, didn't you notice there was a 100 dollar "membership fee"? LOL

Temple 420 is a real place. It's in Los Angeles.
It was founded by Craig X, a pro-legalization activist and part-time actor (he ran the medical club on WEEDS and was in a couple episides).
Donating to his temple at this stage of the game will help his legal fund, as Craig was arrested recently for distribution through his "Temple".

Why, exactly, would I want to support the legal defense fund of someone takes people's money and gives them a false sense of safety on the basis of promises he can in no way keep? If his religious defense scheme works so well, how come he's in trouble with the law?
