I agree somewhat... I dont believe in Jesus Christ being a "god". I dont believe in Heaven or Hell, but I sort of feel like there is a higher power, or a spiritual force within us all that controls us. If that makes sense. Its like a mind game

To be honest I think you are just inexperienced with marijuana so it is getting the better of you. However, I do also believe there is a "creator" but I do not believe in any sort of organized religion. Rather, I am a deist. Here's the definition:

Marijuana is a very mild psychedelic, and as such can be used as a spiritual aid. At one point in my life I had something of a hard time believing in any sort of spirituality, but after I began smoking weed, and especially after taking a certain off topic three letter chemical, I am convinced without any doubt in my mind that there's more -much more- out there than what can be seen with the naked eye or explained with black and while logic.

I disagree with the notion that the "God" argument can be proved or disproved by someone's experience while high on marijuana. Everyone's life experience is different; we all have different personalities, perspectives, and reactions, so our discoveries about a higher power, naturally, will always be different.

I do agree with the statement that it can be used as a spiritual aid, though. I think I can safely make the assumption that most, if not all people are at least somewhat more suggestible; perhaps the word is open-minded.

In such a more open state of mind, it's possible to convince oneself that a higher power exists--or does not exist. I haven't turned my thoughts to such a large question very often whilst under the influence because I know that any thoughts are pretty ephemeral and won't be understood when I'm sober.

Anyway, my religion dictates that I have to give up intoxicants to lead a truly wise and karmically-correct existence. In Buddhism, marijuana isn't right to smoke because it clouds the mind and lets one fall into poor judgment. Like all drugs, it is forbidden to use recreationally because it leads to negligence.

Not to say that I follow that precept very well at all. Just adding my two cents.
