damn dude i just called for the 2nd time and this is how it went exactly

I didn't have any problems either....

I called and politely asked for the campaign promotion dept.

I told the lady that a friend of mine gave me this number to maybe get a free bumper sticker for my car, asked if this possible. She asked me if I was a Ron Paul supporter, told her yes maam. I gave her my info., and she said said it's on it way.

Alright, after two or three calls I finally figured it out. You need to ask for the campaign promotion dept. when they ask how to direct your call. If you ask for free bumper stickers when they first pick up you will be shot down and they'll tell you there's no such thing. Once you've reached the promo dept. I told them a friend told me I could get a free bumper sticker. The woman was real nice and asked for my name and address and then said they'll send one out. I'm so pumped! 420!
