This is about the worst idea of the century, I'm gunna have to giggle just a little when it goes the same way as the Russian Space Station. Why would they pay billions of dollars to do that? We're not even on Mars or the moon yet. Wtf. Give me billions and watch what happens. First I think I'd buy my own island somewhere. Then I'd claim it, it's own country, populate it with some buddies, appoint myself dictator, have my buddies live in poverty for a while, then sign a treaty with the U.S. so they could build a naval base there and give me money since 90%+ of the population was in poverty. Then phase 2. Phase 2 would include having my people overthrow me and then making a new type of government not bound by greed and corruption. Idealy with people who took an IQ test before running for office. Minimum IQ of 120 required. Phase 3. Become an extremely influential country in world affairs and change the rest of the world for the better, not for the sake of profit margins or big business. Sigh..if only.
