If you have a piece of hard-candy you can use that. I have done it before and it worked well.

Everytime I've tried to by rollies in Alabama I've never been carded. I'm only 20, and get carded for cigs all the time. If they do ask for your Id... look at the clerk in a funny way and laugh. Proceed to tell him it isn't a tobacco product and try and convince him to let you have em.

I'm not sure anymore if the tobbacco laws pertain to rolls or not, I do know you can't buy a pipe unless you are 18, or 19+ and rolling papers are a means of smoking like a pipe is. Look it up on the internet.

ya i know that in massaqchusetts atleast you do have to be 18 to buy papers, along the same lines as all tobacco products. i would always get carded for lighters too! that used to piss me off greatly

im 16 in NJ, and have yet to be carded. i buy papers and lighters from this corner store. the papers clearly state "not for sale to minors" but the cool clerk always gives them to me.
