My Stoner Survival Kit consists of:

• Altoid Tin
• Butane Lighter
• Eye Drops
• Pack of Papers
• Axe Bullet
• Some Mints
• Mini ghetto pipe
• Sometimes about a g or so
• Money for snacks

I usually keep this in my car (Unless theres weed in there) The rest of my weed and my glass pipe are kept safely in my house.

For me, I just keep weed, papers, pipe, baggie of screens, and a lighter.

Oh, and I always have my debit card on hand for munchies/movie ticket/whatever...

I usually don't like taking anything but a joint or two with me, but on the occasions that won't do, I carry an 1/8th of herb (pre-ground) in a Tylenol tube and one of my chillums and a lighter. I can carry my 1/8th, piece, and a lighter all easily in the change pocket of my jeans/shorts, and its a rare day when I'll need more than an 1/8th with me at all times....
