What i would do would be to invest in a big lock box. You can buy them at any major store (Wal-Mart, Canadian Tire, etc). Once you get one, you just need to worry about hiding your key, which is much easier then hiding a box. Just put the box in your closet or something and find a really good place to hide your key, or just carry it around with you at all times. Thats what i do, and i haven't been caught yet. If your parents find the box, just say that you lost the key. It will hopefully work.

I keep my shit in a drawer in my desk. Plus, even if they were to open the drawer, it's a long drawer, they're at the back, and my bowls/grinder are in separate things to hide them a little more. Plus, it's not bad protection, I've got one of those neoprene bottle things that works great as a bowl holder.

The hiding shit is only half of it though, my family is really respectful with personal privacy.

Though, my mom did find a plant in my closet a while back....so sad, I just put it into flowering cycle, was about to see if I had a little girl or a soon-to-be-dead-plant....

Edit:

Oh yeah, if she found that shit you may as well ask for it back, what's the worst that could happen? she obviously knows you smoke, you can't exactly play off "oh, I was just holding onto that pipe, papers, lighter, and baggies for a friend".

well, i have a dresser beside my bed...it doesnt open from the front, but it does from the back. haha

i keep all of my lighters, my grinder, spare screens, a spare glass on glass bowl for my bong, and a metal pipe in my Apple Mighty Mouse box. :] then, i have my pressure sealed jar that i USED to keep my buds in, a big bottle of vodka, a two foot glass bong, a beer bottle bong, two small glass pipes, and two shot glasses.

its a big ol' party in one convenient spot. hah

I put my Ganj in a sports water bottle (nice an airtight, good for freshness) and then stuff that sucker in my guitar case.

I have this metal lock box type thing that my grandma gave me. It was my grandpa's when he was in the army. It's really heavy duty but kinda small. I'm probably gonna pick up a locking cash box from wal-mart that was bigger and had a tray I could use to organize stuff. I have a small mason jar inside that for my buds and my papers and a bic are just kinda laying in there. I keep my zippo and a ronson torch lighter on my nightstand.
