| Well ive been using a cheap cigarette with my spoon. Thought id buy something branded. Was going to get a Zippo but a friend told me against it saying it spoils the taste. So, what do you guys use with your spoons when smoking pot? |

| no brother sorry i have to disagree, i love bics for sure that's the only thing you'll see on my tables but... your best bet is not to take the safety off of it because it grinds the flint quicker and then you end up with a full lighter and no flint! haha |

| Excuse my ignorance. i came here to help some newbs and learn from some pro's. I have never asked my friends why they take the safety off and i never do it myself. Whats the point here? does it make the orifice bigger on the lighter? |

| If you think about why the safety is there, you get your answer. The safety makes the lighter more "child safe" by making it harder to ignite. If you take the safety off, it's a little easier to light it because you don't have to press as hard.

| If your tired of Bics and want something nice, check out maybe a piezo lighter. I have a Vector with a sideways flame, she's really nice. ![]()
