I have several aromatic herbs growing at my house. I recently dried Rosemary and blended a little with my pot. When smoked it gives off a sweeter smell and the taste is like candy. Anyone else tried anything simmilar?

i've used some sort of mint before, it was pretty nice. if you enjoy smoking herbs i would suggest checking out skullcap, parrot's beak or elephant's head.

is there a certain procedure to properly dry out herbs? jc.

ive been thinking of trying this, is there a certain brand for herbs anyone recommends?

To dry herbs, just get a box fan, some bungee cords and some furnace filters from a hardware store. Lay your herbs in a single layer on the filters and put an empty filter on top. Then bungee cord the filters to the box fan on high for 12 hours, flip the herbs around, and put them for another 12 hours on the other side. Voila! Dried herbs. This I learned from Alton Brown as I did most of my culinary knowledge.

Those are just straight herbs you can just smoke solely? Unfortunately I need to quit for a month for parole and I am a blunt ADDICT like it's bad... I don't want to resort to legal buds, BUT if I roll one of these herbs like you suggested are they enjoyable and calming in a way? I've never tried any other herb other than my sweet Mary..
