New grinder, check it yo.

So this is my new grinder.
Ive been needing one forever, so me and a friend drove 45 minutes to a bigger town, did some stuff and I remember I should get one.
I stopped at the headshop, then found this one. Its a 4 piece with a kief catcher.
Most of the other ones were the same price, uglier, and only 3 pieces.
So I think I got a good deal. Only 18 bucks.
Tell me what ya think.

=D And yes, that is Grateful Dead. Its definitely not the prettiest grinder, but it gets the job done.

Nice grinder! $18 is a pretty good price too! How long did it take you to get your bud to that consistency, looks nice, exactly like my grinder after about 6 twists or less

I have the same kind, but it has a skull on top instead of a grateful dead symbol. Don't use it anymore. Was good for a while I guess, but you're definitely gonna want to get a better one.

Why do you say that? 4-piece grinders are about as good as it gets. It grinds and has a kief collector. I know they have ones with double screens and what not but those are pretty much overkill.

When you try other grinders, you'll see the difference between a top quality grinder, and these, first hand.

In grinders such as Spacecase or Mendo Mulcher, almost every single aspect of them is better.

The screen works better to let in more kief, and less plant material. The threads don't get gunked up as easy, and the teeth rip apart the bud in a much better fashion. The metal is higher quality and with those cheap ones, metal shavings sometimes get in your bud after extended use.

Theres quite a few things better, and other grinders are more expensive for good reasons. As I said, when you try more grinders, you'll know first hand why I said that.

Hmm, never thought that brand names would be much better. I have a standard headshop 4-piece and I do find it hard to grind some of the more compressed MJ. Ill have to look into getting a branded one...any suggestions?
