Got my new Sharpstone grinder today. - Page 2

how long does it take to grind weed, because I have a grinder and either its shit or I expected more or doing it wrong.

What kind of grinder do you have? Is it a smaller grinder? The reason I ask is because my old grinder was smaller than my new Sharpstone. It took me longer to grind buds in the old grinder because it would almost always stick to the teeth.

My new Sharpstone is bigger, and it really rips through the buds in only a few turns. I've really noticed a big difference.

I don't know what kind mine is but it's a solid steel and the teeth are pretty sharp for cutting and it only takes like 5 turns not even to have it done. Smile face on the top (makes me smile everytime I use it.)

I was just grinding up some really dank herb, and one of the teeth broke off the clear top. I haven't even had this grinder a month.

I guess these grinders aren't that great afterall, my old grinder lasted 5 years.

I'll be buying a new grinder.....gonna go looking now. Will probably get a MixnBall.

Really dank herb can sometimes have so much moisture in it that it's too tough to grind. Always dry your bag out a little before grinding it.. wet weed can be so tough it can snap one of the teeth

I always let my buds dry out a few hours before I grind it. I never had a problem with my old grinder. Now I miss it.

Clear top? that is probably really cool to watch your bud get grinded up, and know exactly when its just right, you should get some pics up of you using it =D

I guess you missed my post in this thread a few hours ago. It broke earlier, and I am not happy.

Oh, sorry i didnt see that, thats a shame, i had seen a lot of good feed back about these grinders, maybe you just got one of the bad batch, like poorly made, but if its only one tooth it shouldnt make that much of a difference when grinding up your herb should it? Im curious to know if it made it into a terrible grinder =/
