A steamroller is a pipe. It's about the size of a toilet paper roll,and the shape of a toilet paper roll, there are a lot of different sizes, but most around the size of a toilet paper roll(without the toilet paper, only the cardboard part).
Both ends are open, one end is the carb the other is the mouth piece. The thing people like about em is that when you carb it, you get a big burst of smoke into your lungs. They can be made out of anything any other pipes are made out of, glass etc...

That is so true papichoolo. I remember once when I first started smoking I took a hit off of this roach that a few guys were smoking at work. I never really talked to them much before that, but after, we were cool. But then those guys got fired for toking on the job. They were not the brightest bulbs in the pack.
