just wanted to know if i can get a good scale (mechanical) for like less than $20. Im sick and tired of getting skimmpy looking sacks and just want to weigh them to make sure

Used universally by smokers everywhere...Postal scales sold in the office supply stores for around three bucks or so.Check them to make sure they start at the zero,and usually as close as you can get.
Always use a scale dude.It's the only way to fly.

yut u can find small postal scales for liek $5 at most office stores/headshops/sometimes like hardware and random stuff stores

can anyone tell me if these $5 scales are digital or...uh...the other one?

these so called $5 scales are not electronic, just a weight balance scale, but they are very accurate for the most part. i say so called $5 because they're only 1.50 at office max, just ask the person at the counter about postage scales. only problem is that the office max ones only go up to 1 oz., so if you're lookin to buy QP's or more, you might want to invest in an electronic scale.

Those cheaper postal scales sound like a handy tool to have, but I was just curious how much the digital scales run? I'd like to get my hands on one of them.. they're nice.

You won't be able to find accurate digital scales (1-gram precision) for under $20 normally - expect to pay around $50-60. Roughly $90-100 for scales that measure in tenths of a gram.

ive got a digi postal scale that was around 30 bux. the proble is that it operated in ounces and cannot show grams. so if you wanted a 10 gram dime, you would see like .29 oz., not 10grams. Its ok for me cuz i usually buy at least an ounce anyways
