Well me and my friends were SOO tired of not having cigs or skins but we did have the tobacco, what we did was we got a torch and took out the batteries and the actual light bit (hollow it out) get some tin-foil (even though it is bad for you though the English stuff we haven't experienced anything bad as of yet) and peirce some holes in it placing your homemade tobacco or normal tobacco or yes WEED!! and lighting it while puffing on the bottom of the torch.

And as it still looks like a torch you could probably get away with it... If you could hide the smell maybe. Though we knew that we had to take some precautions in using a torch as some of them have oil inside them and you don't really want to be taking in Oil fumes either... So wash it out with anything you like and voila:

Though this is only a temp. thing until next year when i turn 16 as then i will be able to get skins and shizz

Then make a pipe with tin foil or something. Still unhealthy, but fuck a lot better than making your own papers. Thats just wrong. Learn to make a pipe with tin foil or a bottle, or a can, or any other numerous ways to make a homemade pipe. And get someone to buy u a pack of papers and use them sparingly if need be.

make a pipe out of an apple.

Step 1:
Materials You'll need an apple, a knife, a pen, and a piece of aluminum to build this particular apple pipe.

Step 2:
Core it Using the knife, core out the apple making sure that you do not puncture the bottom of the apple.

Step 3:
Stick it Stick the shaft of the pen into the side of your apple pipe. (This will act as the mouthpiece of your pipe.) Remove any apple that became trapped inside the pen.
Step 4:
Screen it

Take a piece of foil and poke a few small holes in the middle. Stick your foil screen into the apple pipe.

Step 5:
Spark it

Enjoy the "fruits" of your labor and spark it up.
