I think thats a good question for the Cannabis and the law section....but whatevers..lol

papers they cant do anything about, but it will lead them to be more suspicious, and give you a harder time.

I think everyone needs to keep in mind there are things that arent illegal, but will lead the cops in a direction yo dont want them thinking. Like if he see's some kids with papers, and no tobacco, whats he gonna think? Even if there was tobacco, who roles there own cigarettes anymore?

I mean dont get me wrong, I carry around a lot of **** with me, and always have papers, lol, but Im just sayin, if he finds them its only gonna make him/her dig deeper.

bah who gives a damn what a pig thinks.. i have papers.. i dun care. i carry my bong around in public.. i simply dont care.. cause in california there is no jail time setence for having a bong on you or anything under 28.5 grams.. just 100buck fine its cool...

As for the law and papers, I don't think it's illegal to have papers on you (though it might be in a few states). I'm pretty sure that in the UK, they'll sell rolling papers to anyone, regardless of age.

i would think that if you have them on you and youre not 18 and a cop finds them or whatever then it would be like a slap on the wrist or something. not sure tho

Where I live (Texas), I work with a guy that has recieved a paraphenalia ticket just for papers, and I also have heard that if you just have a single cigar like a phillies blunt or whatever, that you can also get a paraphenalia charge for that.
