| I believe if they find any weed on you, then rolling papers can be considered paraphernalia and you will be charged accordingly. In the states I'm pretty sure that it is illegal to have rolling papers unless you're 18 or older.

Same here....actually recieved a parphenilia ticket (along with my marijuana possession charge) when I was 17, because I had papers and weed both on me. Without weed, there is no way they could charge you with paraphenilia possession, but if you are under 18, they may be considered a "tobacco product" and possession of them would be illegal, depending on location.

| I think your wallet would be fine. I've been searched numerous times by police officers, and I've yet have one inspect my wallet very carefully at all. I actually usually keep a few loose papers in my wallet for "emergency use". Once, I had an entire book in my wallet that remained undiscovered, even though I was booked into jail and had all my personal property taken, which included my wallet |
