Well on average I can take about a hit from grinding up an eigth, that bowl is what came off about 10 grams.

The first pictures is what came off of 1 and 1/2 ozs, I could have packed that bowl 7 times with all that kif, but smoked it as one hits and larger bong rips. Large bowls of kif are kinda wasteful though, you really don't need that much. It's really for the stunned feeling you get from taking three huge rips and having it all come down on you stronger and then even stronger. It makes your head ring from the potency, that's why I smoke big bowls of it sometimes. It's still more efficient to smoke small amounts of it though.

well i bought a grinder the other day and i must say that i love it! it is a Kannastor brand grinder and it has a kief catcher and everything. its awesome and i cant wait to get enough kief saved up to smoke a nice bowl. thanks everyone for the advice!

ok, so when you grind your weed and the crystals go into the collector, doesn't that mean that your left with weed that hardly has any crystals left?

These are crystals that would fall off in a normal grinder, but would get stuck to the grinder/fall out and get blown away.

Hey Collector, jammin' photos! But on the macro shots you might want to add more f-stop to get a better overall focus.

The biggest drawback to grinders can be the crushed seeds and broken stems. Once they've been broken up, they're so small & fragmented it's quite impossible to remove them, which detains the finer taste of your smoke. This requires a pre-grind rough cut to remove the unwanted parts.

And honestly, spending $12O for such a system would seem a bit extravagant, unless you suffer from an extremely rare medical case of rectumus cashfalli. Use those eBay & Google searches.
