Have you ever sat down to roll a joint and discovered you were out of papers? This always happens to me, and it's unbelievably annoying. I want to smoke, not walk to the gas station (20 minute walk each way) to get papers! So I've been hunting around for emergency alternatives. I heard somewhere that you can use gum wrappers, so I was using those (of course after I scraped off the tinfoil), but then someone told me not to because of the adhesive. Next I was using Bible paper without any print on it...and then somebody found the Bible and gave me a major guilt trip for disrespecting it. I'm more of an agnostic than anything else, so I didn't really think about it at first. I was just looking at fax machine paper, but it smells funny, so I didn't know if it was safe to smoke with. Does anyone have any ideas?

but i have another substitute
here in brazil we use "silk paper" i have no ideia how its named there, its used to copy drawings and stuff, its very thin (almost as thin as a rollie), come in very big pieces. go to a wal-mart or something and look in the school section, you prolly find it
