Well guys, I don't quite have this in my posession right now...but I'm either going to buy this from weedcity or ebay here in the next few weeks. It's basically a way to smoke the pressed kief from the spacecase I already own. it seems like this might kinda be a cool little gimmick/gizmo to break out from time to time...

Apparently this won a 2006 product of the year award at the Cannabis Cup...You basically put a chunk of pressed kief/hash on top of the needle, light, blow out, and attatch the globe....then as the hash smolders and smokes, it gets trapped inside the glass dome...then you can hit to your heart's content and get blazed of JUST hash.

Anyone tried this thing yet?

No I have not. I admit its a little handy invention, but I think its too expensive.

I dont think I would ever buy it...

Looks tight, but somehow I think you would get more enjoyment from a hash pipe/bong. I definitely wouldn't mind owning one though. The only reasons I would go with a pipe/bong is there seems to be too much work involved before/between hits. I also see a lot of potential for breaking that thin glass when your ripped on hash.

has anyone here used the pin/glass cup method of smoking hash? It's a pretty old tried-and tested method of using a safey-pin and glass to trap the smoke...

This is sort of a more "refined" version. I won't pay more than 80$ USD+ shipping..which is like you guys have said kinda pricey...but I am SO HAPPY w/my spacecase branded grinder/sifter...It really does "reek" of quality when my friends bring their Cosmic or Mendo grinders around...

I'm usually pretty damn carefull even when i'm high...I think i'll have to write a user report once I get this little baby in my hands!
