| I know this is kind of a hot topic for all the SpaceCase owners, but I was just wondering if anyone could do a direct comparison of the cosmiccase and the spacecase. I'm trying to save money for a space case, but I'm also trying to figure out if I should just buy the cosmiccase for now. I'm leaning towards the SpaceCase b/c of it's reputation for quality, but if anyone could give me a comparison I'd appreciate it. |

| i hear cosmic cases aren't very good and i think i even remember hearing that pieces of the grinder end up in your weed. dude i was sceptical about space cases until i finally just decided to buy it. its one of the best purchases i have made. its built so well, and the grinder collects kief because of the screen. you are paying for the invention and quality. i went to a head shop to try to get a knock-off instead and the quality was just horrilbe i mean i'm sure it worked fine...but it just didnt feel right to me. i finally dropped the bread down on the space case and i love it. it grinds perfectly. if you can...get the space case. |

| I had this same problem in August and the people here told me to stick with the spacecase. I went to a store here and they sold me a cosmiccase that was supposed to be a spacecase. A spacecase has ridges on the side and the teeth inside are sleeker-looking. I took the cosmiccase home and realized before using it that it was fake. People complain that a spacecase scratches easily and the logo comes off. That is irrelevant. The spacecase grinds lovely and fits together better than a cosmiccase. I paid $65.99 at Gratefulbuys on ebay for mine. They really cost about the same so you might as well go to ebay and get a spacecase. If cosmiccase wants to convert more people they will have to step their game up. |

| I too got mine off of Ebay from Gratefulbuys. It is by far my best marijuana related purchase to date. It grinds anything into perfectly fluffy fragments, and makes it a hell of a lot easier to roll. Burns a whole lot more evenly since the broken pieces arent compressed. There was a thread earlier about them scratching easily, and as five said, that is completely irrelavent. When anyone is breaking up bud and Im around, they always ask for my Spacecase. It is even brought up in other groups by my smoking buddies. When they pull out a Sweatleaf, my partners enlighten them about the Spacecase. I dont even have to do the talking/bragging, it speaks for itself. I highly suggest it to any veteran/newb smoker. There is NO other grinder like it, only ones that try to mimmick it with disgusting results. Dont cheap out, the Spacecase is the only way to go, youll be more than satisfied. And if you do buy the cosmiccase, youll be really when you are in the market for a SC because your cosmiccase wasnt up to par.
