| I was makin a home made piece and i didnt know what to make a bowl out of. So i was lookin around this site and saw that some people use a socket. I was just trying to see if a socket would be a good bowl to use. ![]() |

| If you saw that others use them, and they work, what are you asking here? Just want confirmation? If so, then yes, they do work, and can be "good" bowls to use.

| they work well enough, and are common because theyre easy to come by. I don't personally prefer them in most cases because either you need a screen to cover the large hole on the bigger ones, or attack a smaller one. Either way makes for a deep bowl, which is sometimes hard to pack, smoke, or clear. But i use them anyway in my homemade items, as i can't often come up with better
