It really is genius. The cops wouldnt think to look in there. When i had my room searched, i payed attention to every single thing they searched, so i could know for the future. The only electronic things they searched was the back of a calculator where the batteries go, the back of the tv remote, and inside the case of the computer. I had a hard drive in the on the desk that they didnt even touch (not that you can hide weed in a hard drive, but they didnt even give it a second thought.) I had a printer there that they didnt even touch either. I am thinking of opening of an old TV and finding a place to put it there, and just leave one or two screws loose to hold it together. But i wont be holding weed for a while, so i have time to think about it, but before i get of probation, i am hoping to find a place i can easily carry on ounce inconspicuously.

Stereo speakers can work well too. Take off the mesh cover thing, unscrew the big speaker and throw your weed in there. A pain in the ass to get at but it probably won't be found.

That's pretty awesome. Some of the best stash spots are the most obvious. Nothing worse than thinking you are slick by using the usual under the mattress or in your underwear drawer. If your room is a computer junkyard, then Ma/Pa aren't going to think to look through all that stuff. Hell, looking there probably never crosses their mind. When I was living at home, my spot was inside of the 8-track (remember those) player on my ancient ass stereo. I never used it, and who's gonna think to stick their hand in there to look for weed?

i did the exact same thing. minus the switch.
but what you could do to make a bigger spot would be to put it in a tower and then cut off the top of the cd drive so that there is a big space.
then if you get realy creative you could actualy wire the open close switch to the power button on the tower or something like that.

Wouldnt it seem weird to always have the same can of soda sitting on your desk? that wont do anything if you are trying to hid it from cops. They sell those at every headshop everywhere. It might be good to hide from parents for a shot period of time, but not much else.

I mean it's a good idea but what are you hiding? Some papers? LOL.....

...but really, you program software and drivers for it so you need to type in a password on the computer it's plugged into in order to open the stash drive.
