Well, my friends dad sells weed so naturally his son would usually go in to his literally buckets of weed and bring out some, well last night we rolled up more than we could smoke and decided to save a HUGE blunt for the next day, we kept it at my house and me being in my higher than a kite condition wanted to blunt to stay fresh so i wrapped it in 2 baby wipes (you know babies, they have baby wipes not toilet paper, haha) then put it into an airtight container, then i woke up today and the blunt was really soggy and it looked like some of the blunt was stained into to the baby wipes. So i took a dry hit off of the blunt (not lit) it tasted like horrible s***. I looked in the baby wipes ingredients (wierd) and it has tons of chemicals. I'm not sure if the blunt is still safe to smoke, what do you think?

Baby wipes have moisturizers and soap in them.
They probably soaked into the bluntwrap, making it soggy & soapy and taste nasty as all hell.

I wouldn't smoke the blunt.
Maybe unwrap it and take the weed out and reroll the blunt (or joints or pack a bowl)? Even then, it's iffy.

I gotta ask...
What were you thinking taking a clean, dry blunt and wrapping in wet baby wipes? What was the logic there?

I didnt want it to get dried out because we were saving it for the next day. Now that I'm sober didnt seem like a smart thing to do at all in the first place.

Thanks for providing a good laugh at least, sucks about your soggy blunt. I don't think wrapping it in baby wipes was a good idea in the first place as well.

yea, the baby wipes did soak through and the weed is really soft, my friend left a stem in the blunt, and even that was super soggy. and the new problem is i recently found out that weed can grow mold, how do you even know if its growing mold? (i already opened the blunt up and threw away the wrap and im leaving the weed to dry which will, i hope, maybe make it easier to tell if its growing mold) so now im probably just gonna have to throw it away and go back to my friends house and roll an ever fatter blunt to get my mind off of this horrible episode, but experience is the best teacher, haha

If it's growing mold, you can see it. It's patently obvious and looks similar to the greenish mold that grows on your bread.

Wow....baby wipes....i've been pretty ripped before but i don't think id ever put a nice fat blunt into some baby wipes...to keep it fresh???? Dude they make babies butts fresher not blunts...but anyways thanks for a kick....hope your weed dries...with no mold lol.
