Cellulose papers are kinda hard to roll, and they burn a bit akward, but they work just as fine as other papers. Cellulose is either synthetically made or extracted from plants. Its the same material used for advil gel caps.

Clear rolling papers aren't any more natural than regular white rolling papers. If anything, they're less natural. It takes more chlorine to produce clear papers than it does white, plus it contains glycerin (a gel-like substance and by-product of biofuel derived from animal fats and/or vegetables. It's used very commonly in soaps and beauty products).

Basically, don't believe all the crap about it being healthier and "more natural" than white papers, because they're not. They do look cool though .

I've never tried them. They look pretty neat, but for some reason it is hard for me not to assume they're all made of plastic, even though I know it's not the case. Just some weird mental atavism or something. If I want to smoke out of something clear and blunt-shaped, I'd probably get a glass blunt.

Glass blunts are awesome. Unconventional and sort of wasteful, but still awesome.

Those clear papers always unroll themselves near the end of the spliff. But it looks cool. So thats the tradeoff I guess.

Never happened to me and I've had a pack for a while now.

In fact to even split open the roach I have to cut it because its so damn difficult to rip open if you can't find the seam.

Weird. My friends papers always unrolled at the end and it was harder to roll than zig-zags. There's probably different types made of different material. I remember that it said "all natural" on the pack. But I have no idea what it was made of, or if that was even true.

clear papers are made with "cellulose." cellulose is made by cutting a plant form down to the very cell and combining the particles. this is why it appears to be clear and is considered all natural

Almost all paper is nearly pure cellulose. Cellulose is what makes up the cell membranes of plants. For most paper, they break down wood to its fibers and reassemble them into paper. For clear papers, the cellulose is extracted chemically and dried into sheets. Which is more "natural"? I'd say the ordinary paper.
