Hey guys,
I bought about a quarter of some regs a while ago. The THC content looks pretty good by the way... Anyways Ive made two oints out of cigarettes that I took the tobacco out of. I've smoked them both on seperate occasions and havent gotten high. It's not the weed because I can see a good amount of trichomes on it and I havent been taking bad hits out of them so I was wondering If the cigarette filter is taking THC out of the smoke...

Please help!!! Ive only got 2.5 grams left and I'm not really wanting to waste anouther gram of hard earned MJ on a shitty joint.

P.S. They seem to burn evenly so I'm really stumped...

Yes, just take the filter out before smoking. You can just roll your fingers over it and it will come out.

and you can lightly roll up some hard paper and stick it in where the filter was, to keep the shape and give you something to hold on to

So I would just make a tight ish spiral of paper...
My friend does that but im not sure if that is the proper way to make a roach...

Passage

at the end of the joint, where the filter would be on a cig, roll up some type of hard paper like construction in a cone shape and place it into the end of the joint. It won't effect the smoke because it's not solid, just don't roll it up too tight or loose.

you know i am thinking about it and i am pretty sure i have gotten high off of a cig with the filter still on. Yeah I definatly have at a claypool concert, that shit should work. But I do the paper method too it just works better and why risk losing thc i guess. Oh and if you smoke a piece of your cig box works fantastic for this.

sure, i think the filter will block your beloved thc. thats what it's made to do, just ask any tobacco user, you get more nicotine without a filter.

why not just roll a joint? taking a ciggarette apart seems like more work. if you don't know how, learn, it's definitley worth it.

putting the paper roach in the end is a cool technique, but there's hundreds of ways to roll a good joint. practice, it's fun, and an art.

Thanks guys, I dont have access to rolling papers until a little while later, next month perhaps. I'll just take the filter off and use paper.

Hi there,

The problem with your smoking may not be the filter. You shold get high if the grass is good even with a filter. There could be a serious problem with your grass.

Over the past year in the UK Grass sprayed with a number of different substances (including sucrose, sand more alarmingly FIBERGLASS or SILACONE!!!).
I've unknowingly scored some of this shit and although the grass looks and smells good, it really isn't!

The only way i know of checking is to taste some of the 'Crystals' to check if they are crunchy, like sand or sweet. If so throw the shit away it can cause you serious harm.

Anyhows just thought I'd try and be of assistance.
