| I felt it was rigged, because before the entire GoodGirl village showed up and voted for Iam, the general consensus was mine was better (it was like 9 - 1). If you can't understand why I would feel cheated in any way, then I don't know what else to say to ya.... I told Iam I'll just assume every one of y'all's votes weren't biased, and leave it at that. I just hope in the future (if I ever enter SOTW again) it won't turn into another popularity contest. |

| The only way to possible way to avoid any perception of a popularity contest would be to either make the votes or the entries anonymous.  I can understand how it looks Blunted....I really can. It wouldn't have been less fair however for someone to vote other than the one that they liked best just because it may have looked biased. I could easily have avoided any worries about looking biased simply by voting for someone other than Iam but that wouldn't have been fair. I could have avoided voting all together but I honestly had no idea where this thread was located until I followed the link (I had heard of the contest but never seen the threads before) and it didn't seem right to withhold a vote now that I know it exists either. Rock and a friggin hard place I tell ya!  Anyway, I reserve my sympathy for the two guys with the fine buds that hardly anyone voted for. Great job on all of your parts regardless. P.S. I really have to look into changing the name of the "village" or at least contact a lawyer about getting some sort of compensation for the use of my name.
