Where did you get the information on rotating different strains with the same indica/sativa ratio?

I have never heard of something like that. Maybe it's because I do not use
marijuana for medicinal purposes. Think of it it this way, today we no longer even
have 100% sativa or 100% indica. They're all mixed, so I doubt that the small
difference in ratio is significant. Also, wouldn't you think if you didn't want one type
of marijuana to become less effective you would change to a different type and not one that is similar? So I might advice you go to a very different type of marijuana, possible a very sativa dominant or indica dominant. Then regulate the intensity of the high by the amount you smoke. You say that when you smoke an individually dominated strain you get a real bad high, then don't smoke so much of it. Test it with a hit, in some rare and fortunate cases one hit is all you need. If not then one more, and wait. This way you don't run full on into a high you have never experienced before, and you don't get the extreme part of the high that you yourself don't enjoy. It also saves bud.

I don't know, that's just my thought. If you got that information from your doctor
then everything i just said was wrong and I'm an idiot. Just sharing what i think.
