what does scrog stand for...I know that sog is sea of green but what does scrog mean? Help!

ScrOG stands for "SCReen Of Green" and is a method of growing. It involves setting up a screen over a crop so that the colas grow through it and over the screen (I think? I'm not sure). See some of the posts in this forum.
