i thing being high comes before being stoned. being high is the general feeling and being stoned is like the peak. i always say stuff like,"im high but i dont think im stoned." but i may be wrong...

me and my guys always refer to stoned as the feeling you get when you're comin down from bein really high, or when you're not as high as the rest of them
like there's always one guy who's only stoned and the rest of us are all fuxed up and he's just sittin there bein lame, he's stoned and we're high, then we come down and just sit around and are all like uhhh, and that's stoned too...
